Legacy Plumbing was a new company when they approached us in early 2020. They had a basic Google website that wasn’t attracting much traffic and didn’t represent the company in a way that showcased their expertise, so they needed a new “face.” For the owner, our ability to work with him side-by-side was key. Throughout our discussions, he gained confidence that we understood his needs, his market, his business, and his customers.
The first step was to create a logo he loved, and it was a smooth process. Our designer immediately hit on several ideas worth consideration, and the client quickly chose one for further exploration. Once it was refined, we applied it to brand collateral such as business cards and t-shirts. In addition, we created a van wrap to broadcast his professionalism as he drove between jobs.
As we worked on the collateral, we presented him with a few concepts for his new website, and helped him select the one that we felt was most effective. Then, we created the structure, placed images, and wrote copy to complete his online “storefront.”
We remain this client’s go-to marketing resource whenever a need arises.
